I’ve always been a space holder in some capacity, It wasn’t until my first breathwork experience that I had my “OMG…WTF was that?!?!” moment. It was so profound…so transformative…so liberating. The amount of ancestral trauma that was released and the deep awareness of self that followed…there are no words. I wanted more, and I wanted others to have it too.
