My brave sisters, this container was created for you! Let’s Celebrate our magic, our medicine, our gifts and HEAL. Together we will peel back the layers and ignite our souls. We will work to reprogram the old programs of competition, insecurity, unworthiness, oppression/suppression energy and create self love and discernment.  This is about reclamation of our bodies, our voice and our sovereignty. We are going to dive deep into self discovery and begin to cultivate safety in expression,  self love,  stronger intuition and TRUE EMPOWERMENT.  This container is an invitation for sisters who are ready for deep inner work. It is an opportunity to courageously step into and embody your full self. Every week will have a different topic, activating conversations, insights, channeled messages, embodiment practices and of course…Active Breathwork.  WE ARE POWERFUL TOGETHER.  Be brave, come alive and light up with me ….I love you and I am with you all the way.

Please bring yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, pillow and journal.
