Different from talk therapy, where we can be “on guard”, Breathwork allows the possibility to be at home in our body, which helps to cultivate a feeling of safety. As a family, you will have the possibility to connect with your ancestors' and heal generational wounds and trauma that have been passed through the lineage. You and your family will have the opportunity to cultivate more compassion, understanding and deeper…more authentic connections. This offering is 2 hrs, has a 5 person minimum and is $111 per person.
